What is your shipping policy?

Is it possible to place a custom order?

For any custom order, please contact our team by email at streetdistrict.products@gmail.com and you will receive a response within 48 business hours. All your projects are possible at Street District.

What is your refund and return policy?

Return
No return allowed without Street District's approval. For any request, please contact us by email at streetdistrict.products@gmail.com. Return fees are covered by the buyer (except for defective product). Returned product would be replaced with equivalent.

Exchange
No refund allowed without Street District's approval. For any request, please contact us by email at streetdistrict.products@gmail.com. Refund are only allowed when defective product is return and no equivalent product is available. Shipping fees are at buyer's expenses.

 

What do I do if my order is damages ?

If your part is damaged, broken or if you receive the wrong item, please take a photo and contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. We can then assess the issue and make it right by we can send you a new one in exchange.
